Activity - VI: Advances in High Pressure Physics & Allied Diagnostics
(26^th - 28^th June, 2025)

High-pressure physics is concerned with the effects of high pressure on the properties of matter. Since most properties of matter are modified by pressure, the field of high-pressure physics encompasses virtually all branches of physics.

Recent Trends and Future Prospects analyze the hydrodynamic behavior of materials exposed to extreme conditions, such as high temperature and high pressure. The experimental and theoretical techniques used to understand the behavior of materials under extreme conditions address about equation of state of materials, phase transitions, behavior of hydrogen and other impact applications.
