Salam Memorial Lectures

The 20th College in 1995 was held in honor of Professor Abdus Slam. A special session was held where several distinguished scientists from Pakistan and abroad, mostly his co-workers, paid glowing tributes to the Nobel laureate while recollecting his scientific achievements and contributions towards the development of science, particularly in the Third World. Dr. Riazuddin gave a perspective of the work of Abdus Salam as personal views based on his association with him for forty years.

I send my very best wishes for the continuing success of the Nathiagali Summer College and feel honored that the 20th College is dedicated to me. I, however, regret that I will not be able to come personally to Nathiagali.
